Lol I dont have sex with dogs. I have 3 ppl that i have sex with regularly and i just rotate and try and keep them from finding out about each other.

Im afraid to lift weights.. I'm in a track club for now.. ehh well a personal trainer. He says i should wait a little before i weight lift. I still have tried it, i think i know what you mean by "getting the high" neo.. You feel soo light and after a leg work out your legs seem to move alot faster than before and you feel a little light like a baloon. Weight training sometimes makes you lose flexability and you don't want that. Well my trainer says he will work with me at the gym to, but for now im tring to get the basic stuff... flexability, dynamics, strengthen balancing muscle, and plyometrics... sure i donno what all that means but thats what he says i must do. Hes Run for canada before, so he must be good right??

yea i have heard about weight lifting making u lose flexibility... and from what i have been told (and experience) if you stretch regularly, you shouldnt lose that flexibility...

i see... you guys are talking about weight training... i was too but weight lifting is completely different. its an olympic sport its lifting the stuff through certain technique..i had some one try to teach that to me.

work out with me and u'll feel it tomorrow... when i bench i do FSU workout(its a cylce workout)/incline/decline/miltary press/triceps
when i squat squat/leg press/calf raises/leg extensions
when i curl dumbell/curl bar/lats
and if im not doing that...im playing basketball on sc or out haha

OK, I haven't hit the gym since university 2nd year. I am totally out of shape. I wanna get back in shape but I don't know how. can someone get me some tips to start? I maybe will workout 2 times a week. Something to beginners will do.
