I'm sure anyone here could have thought of this, but I'm yet to see it actually done in a ZC.
My idea is to have a pair of command centres in middle to take hits from guards and the like if they're approaching, and then have an allied zerg camp a queen above them to infest them if they come under attack and instantly repair them. I think that would be a little bit more effective than a wall of hives, particularly if you can spawn a few Infested marines in the process.

In pubs years ago, toss players would put rows of nexus' at the mid entrance. Sort of like the hatches thing, cept map maxes would be just a bit longer lol. I never thought of repairing cc's. I'd take a lot to save the cc tho. Its worth a shot.

i like the idea of that like take 4 or some scvs that u wud normall dump to repair that cc .. im sure sum1 will manually kill the scvs but it still takes time -.- ;o but the inested thing is nice alpha if u was smart u wudda done it ina game lol and they wudda bin like " o thass that thing that alpha does" get it pattented but its nice that u shared it with the rest of the population

I uhh, meant "instantly repair" after the command center is infested. it goes back up to 1500 health once its taken over. No SCV's required.
